Fees

To enter the Learning Excellence Awards you will need to pay an entry fee for each entry you make, but at a lower rate than previously. The fee is just £100 + UK VAT (if applicable), per entry. You need to pay online, at the time of entry and you will be taken to the payment page when you click the Submit button at the foot of the entry form. This may take a few seconds to load, so please be patient. If you are making multiple entries, they will be aggregated and summarised on one invoice, showing the appropriate fees paid or due.

Secondary entries are are also charged at £100 + UK VAT (if applicable) up to a total of five for any one project or client, including the first entry. We will monitor entries carefully and if, for any reason, you pay too much, we will immediately refund the overpayment.

Charities may enter FREE OF CHARGE. Please make sure you tick the “Charity” box at the top of the entry form. Any organisation entering as a charity should be able to provide their Charity number, or their Limited by Guarantee registration number. PLEASE NOTE: Free entry is NOT available if the entry is from or for a commercial organisation and the number of free entries is limited to two entries per charity.

UK Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to the entry fee when applicable and the payment page will automatically show you the correct amount to pay.

What does the entry fee cover?

The fee is an administration fee covering the personnel costs involved in checking entries and their bona fides, collating all entries and bookmarking them in portfolios for the ease of the judges, convening the judging panels, supervising the judging process and events, covering any expense items associated with the judging, calculating all marks to establish a benchmark for all categories, compiling and publicising the short-lists of finalists.

Each first entry will incur a fee and must be paid for either at the time of entry or within 14 days, if paying against an invoice.

When you complete your entry you will be taken to the payment page, where you will be able to pay for your first entry using any internationally recognised credit or debit card, via the PayPal for Business system.

By way of advance notice, please note that we will always run an event to celebrate the success of Finalists after judging is complete. It may a physical event, where table places will be available at a rate per person, or an online event, where a fee per Finalist company will be charged, but these charges will be additional to any entry fees. Being part of a physical event or online presentation is at the discretion of each Finalist company and the results declared are completely independent of participation.

Entries close: October 31
